History of Android Operating System
Android is a mobile operating system created in 2003 by Andy Rubin.
Mr. Rubin started developing the Operating System first for digital cameras. Initially, Android was developed by Andy Rubin founder of Android Inc., which was then bought by Google in 2005.
Android was unveiled to the world in 2007, with the first commercial Android phone HTC Dream or T-Mobile G1 launched in September 2008.
The operating system Android is an operating system based on a modified version of the Linux kernel and other open-source software. It is designed for touchscreen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
